Member agrees to indemnify and hold Pro Spirit and its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) Member’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to Member Data and Member’s publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by Member at the Member Web Site and/or to Pro-Spirit.com and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by Member’s actions; and (iv) Member’s negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another; (v) any medical injuries/conditions related to the use of Pro Spirit Inc properties. These obligations will survive any termination of Member’s relationship with Pro Spirit Inc. or Member’s use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of Pro Spirit and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

Welcome to Pro Spirit's 2023 SHOWCASE !!!
Pro Spirit is so very excited to get our teams on the floor to kick of the 2023/2024 competitive season. Although routines could change throughout the season, we are excited to share our teams debut performances. We look forward to continued growth and development throughout the season and to a strong and amazing competitive year.
As always, Pro Spirit thanks our families for their continued support and encouragement.

EVENT AND SAFTEY PROTOCOLS
Pro Spirit's 2023 Annual Showcase is powered by Redline Cheer and Dance. Redline is a independent contractor having undergone abuse, harassment, and human trafficking training. All staff members have also passed a thorough background check. The warm-up-room is restricted to athletes and coaches only to ensure athlete safety. We have hired a security team for the event and they will be present to assist if needed. Be prepared when you arrive, take the time to notate where the nearest exits are and designate an outdoor meeting spot in the case of an emergency for your group.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Comerica has a clear bag policy. Only Clear Bags will be allowed. All bags will be checked by the venue security staff before entering the building. *Exception: Athletes and Coaches may bring non-clear bags but are subject to search by the venue security. No aerosol products (hairspray, glitter, etc.)
PARKING
Parking garages are available at the venue and are free. Additional parking is available near and around Comerica Center. Please ensure that you follow posted parking procedures as some areas are private or proprietary parking.

Each athlete should have their competition makeup kit. Please follow the videos for hair and makeup so we achieve the uniform look we strive for. Please wear white NO SHOW socks (not ankle). Absolutely no jewelry or nail polish.

ELEVATE ELITE: Elevate Elite teams will be wearing their NEW UNIFORMS! Girls should arrive competition ready. Hair needs to be in a high, clean, straight ponytail, NO FLYAWAYS with the new WHITE bow. Please have your athlete wear their AQUA tank top, black and white marbled sports bra with the aqua PS and solid black shorts (an athletic spandex short preferred). Hair needs to be in a high, clean, straight ponytail, NO FLYAWAYS with the new BLACK bow. Each athlete should have their competition makeup kit.
