Member agrees to indemnify and hold Pro Spirit and its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) Member’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to Member Data and Member’s publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by Member at the Member Web Site and/or to Pro-Spirit.com and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by Member’s actions; and (iv) Member’s negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another; (v) any medical injuries/conditions related to the use of Pro Spirit Inc properties. These obligations will survive any termination of Member’s relationship with Pro Spirit Inc. or Member’s use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of Pro Spirit and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

LEVELS 1 TO 3 ALL AGES
ELEVATE ELITE

Pro Spirit ELEVATE ELITE program is an all-inclusive, 12 month commitment (May to April). Athletes are committed to meeting 2 days a week. Our top tier prep program is a medium to high commitment level program. Many athletes choose Elevate Elite as an entry to All Star competitive teams. This program houses both competitive novice and prep teams. Each team division is decided by staff based on overall team needs and level of skill/experience.

Well executed elite level 1 skills Including mastered back walkover and front walkover required to qualify for consideration on Elevate Elite level 1 team.

COMPETITIONS
​
Athletes attend between 5 to 6 competitions throughout the season. Competitions are mainly held at local venues with at least 1 local travel event. Please Note: NCA has relocated to Houston Texas and will take place during Spring Break Friday, March 19th through Sunday, March 21st.

TUITION
​
Tuition for our Elevate Elite program is an annual fee split into 12 equal monthly payments. The first payment is due in May at the time of registration. The remaining 11 payments are due on the 1st of each month Jun. 2026 through Apr. 2027.
​
Our program cost is an annual fee, therefore athletes starting later in the season will have differing payment structures to equal the same annual tuition rate. Annual tuition costs will be divided by the remaining months of the season.
