Member agrees to indemnify and hold Pro Spirit and its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) Member’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to Member Data and Member’s publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by Member at the Member Web Site and/or to Pro-Spirit.com and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by Member’s actions; and (iv) Member’s negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another; (v) any medical injuries/conditions related to the use of Pro Spirit Inc properties. These obligations will survive any termination of Member’s relationship with Pro Spirit Inc. or Member’s use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of Pro Spirit and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

BEGINNER LEVELS
1/2 YEAR TEAM
​
Introductory program to competitive cheer which includes a 4 month commitment (January - April) of 1 hour weekly practices and 2 local performances. This program is designed to introduce athletes to both the personal and team commitment associated with competitive cheerleading as well as help build a strong cheerleading foundation. ​

This year, Pro Spirit anticipates that we will have 2 half year teams:

Rolling Stonez (ages 3 1/2 - 6) practice days and times to be determined

Gemz (ages 7 - 12) practice days and times to be determined
​
Please Note: The team age groups are a guideline and do not always reflect team recommendation and placement.

Athletes will participate in two mandatory performances local to the DFW area as follows:

TUITION
​
Our 1/2 year team program is a 4 month commitment split into 4 equal monthly payments. The first payment is due in January at the time of team placement. The remaining 3 payments are due on the 1st of each month Feb. 2025 through Apr. 2025. This tuition includes any applicable performance entry fees for athletes (does not include admission tickets for spectators).

EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION
​
Athlete Evaluation/Tryouts will be on Sunday, December 7th from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Our process is as follows:

We will have a parent meet & greet / questions & answer session on Sunday, December 7th, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Team / Skill Assessments will take place immediately following our parent meet & greet session and will end at 4:30 pm

Team placements will be announced no later than Thursday, December 11th.

Practice sessions for Rolling Stonez (ages 3 1/2 - 6) and Gemz (ages 7 - 12) will be being the week of January 5th.
