ARRIVE
Give yourself extra time to get to the competition venue. Allow time for traffic and parking. Athletes should arrive 15 minutes before their official meet time.
COVID-19 Provisions

Teams can not enter the building until 10 minutes prior to their scheduled warmup session time.

Please meet your team outside and enter as a team.
Parents
-
Have your athlete at arrival check point 15 minutes early. Timelines are essential so please be on time.

Check in with your Team Rep.

Take all your cheerleader's belongings with you. (Backpacks warm ups, etc.)

Find the section that all the Pro Spirit parents will be sitting in.

Be ready to CHEER LOUD and represent PS in the highest level of sportsmanship.
Athletes

Eat before you come.

Arrive competition ready; full uniform, makeup, and hair done.

Youth teams and below will need to give all their belongings to their parents before your team goes back to warm up.

There will be NO CELL PHONE use from check in through awards.

No jewelry or nail polish is allowed.

Athletes must be in only Pro Spirit official apparel. (PS uniform, warm ups, and back pack).
WARM UP & PERFORMANCES

All athletes will enter at the main entrance of the facility with their teams. EVERYONE must wear a mask upon entry.
-
Although it is always the choice of the athlete, masks are not required during warm-up sessions and team performances. Pro Spirit will have new masks available for athletes both before and after competitions.

Upon entering the facility, athletes and coaches will proceed down the side hall back to the warm up area.

Once the athletes are with their program in the warm up area they will have a set amount of time to warm up. When warm up is complete, they will move to the performance area with the entire program to compete.

Once all teams from the program have competed, athletes will exit to the left of the judges. ATHLETES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STANDS DURING OR AFTER PERFORMANCES.

During the event athletes will remain in the arena while they wait for all teams in our program to finish performing.
Athletes will review, stretch and mentally prepare, followed by a warm up procedure established by the event producer.

SPECTATORS

Spectators will enter at the main entrance of the facility. Spectators are required to wear a mask.

Upon entering the facility, proceed up the escalator to the mezzanine level for viewing. You will notice many seats are zip-tied to accommodate local guidelines and social distancing.

During the event spectators may remain in the arena or the exit area while they wait for the other teams in their program to finish performing.
TICKETING:

Tickets may be purchased at the event center on the day of the event. The cost of admission is $20 and includes free action photography. CASH ONLY will be accepted for ticket sales.

Guests 5 and under are free.
OPTIONAL: In an effort to maintain sufficient crowd control and with an emphasis on safety, the entire event will be broadcasted at www.echeerevents.com for $9.99. Go to www.echeerevents.com and click the TV tab, then the Redline TV tab.
We remind everyone to practice social distancing when possible and be respectful of other programs and how they are handling social distancing, the use of masks and their personal policies for their programs.
