Member agrees to indemnify and hold Pro Spirit and its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from any and all claims and demands, losses, liability costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees), incurred by an Indemnified Party arising out of or related to (i) Member’s breach of this Agreement; (ii) any information (including but not limited to Member Data and Member’s publicly posted information) submitted, posted, or otherwise provided by Member at the Member Web Site and/or to Pro-Spirit.com and/or its affiliates; (iii) any dispute or litigation between an Indemnified Party and a third party caused by Member’s actions; and (iv) Member’s negligence or violation or alleged violations of any rights of another; (v) any medical injuries/conditions related to the use of Pro Spirit Inc properties. These obligations will survive any termination of Member’s relationship with Pro Spirit Inc. or Member’s use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the foregoing indemnity will apply regardless of any fault, negligence, or breach of warranty or contract of Pro Spirit and/or its suppliers, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries and employees.

WELCOME TO PRO SPIRIT SEASON 27
Welcome to the Pro Spirit 2022/2023 season. We know that it is going to be an exciting season and we are looking forward to the progress and growth of our amazing teams.
WHAT TO EXPECT NOW:
Team Programs (All Star, Elevate, Hype) will meet for program practice sessions from May 16th until team announcements. A new schedule will be provided in your team announcement.

All Star ages 11 & Under - Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

All Star ages 12 & Older - Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Elevate - Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Hype - Tuesday and Thursday from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
BUT FIRST ... We need you complete the season packet.

REGISTER: Use the link below to officially register. You are not part of the Pro Spirit program until we received a completed registration packet. NOTE: please complete your team packet prior to May 16th, the beginning of program practices.

FOR ALL ALL STAR, ELEVATE AND HYPE: All Star, Elevate and Hype your programs is a 12 month program. The tuition is an annual fee charged in 12 equal installments. The first installment is due now at registration. Your remainder tuition installments will auto draft on the first of each month June 2022 through April 2023. All Star competition dues are charged on the 15th of each month from July 15th, through December 15th.

FOR ROLLING STONEZ: Your program and tuition officially starts on September 1st. Until that time you have the option to attend Rolling Stonez class program. The Rolling Stonez class programs will meet every Monday from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This class program will end on August 31st and your team program will begin. If you would like to attend the optional Rolling Stonez program class, please indicate so in your registration packet.

NEW TEAM ATHLETES COMING FROM CLASSES: Welcome to teams. 50% of your May class program tuition will be credited towards your first team installment (excluding Rolling Stonez).

EARLY BIRD TRYOUT REGISTRATION: If you registered from tryouts on or before April 30th, 2022 you will received a $25 early bird credit towards your first tuition installment.

TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS: Team placements will be emailed on or before the evening of May 27th.
