• Please ensure all Athletes sit through the online orientation.

• Participant gifts are given to at ticket picket; make sure you grab it for your athlete!!

• Please buy any Summit gear early, as items sell out fast 

 

Ticket Pickup/Registration:  You will register with the Varsity All Star Staff at Disney Springs. Please bring your email confirmation and registration number for a smoother check-in. 

 

COMMUTERS

• You will receive all tickets, schedules and lanyards as well as other pertinent information concerning the event. The Varsity Registration Tent is located in the Strawberry Parking Lot at Disney Springs. Here is a map of Varsity tent at Disney Springs:  CLICK HERE

• Registration hours at Disney Springs: 

  • Wednesday, May 1, 2019 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 

  • Thursday, May 2, 2019 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 

  • Friday, May 3, 2019 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM 

  • Disney Springs parking opens at 8:00am If you arrive prior to 8:00AM on any of the registration days, you must park in either the Strawberry Watermelon parking lots (surface parking).

 

Onsite Housing / Travel Package:

• Anyone that purchased a Housing Travel Package will check in at the front desk of the resort they have been assigned to. (i.e.: Sports, Music, Movies, etc.).  

• Hotel check-in time is 4:00pm. Check in and register with Disney at the front desk where you will receive your hotel room keys (Disney Magicbands). 

• Pickup Summit tickets, schedules and lanyards as well as other pertinent information concerning the event at the All-Star Celebrity Hall during registration hours below:

Parking at ESPN SPORTS:  Claim your parking spot early at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex with pre-arrival Premium & Platinum parking!    Pre-arrival Premium & Platinum parking will be available for purchase until 2:00 PM EST the day prior to the event start. You can purchase your parking tickets HERE

FOR YOUR SAFETY

​

• Must wear SUMMIT credentials at ALL times.

• Must stay with a group of 4 OR  team moms or a guardian.

• Do not go into any other athletes’ room from other programs, even if you are friends with them at school.

• Keep your cell phone charged and accessible during FREE TIME.

WHAT TO PACK

​

Carry on the plane:

• Uniform, competition shoes, Day 1 and Day 2 bows, and any other items you will wear on the Summit mat.  DO NOT PACK UNIFORMS IN YOUR CHECKED SUITCASE.  

 

Pack in your suitcase:  

• Place luggage tag on your bag

• Other PS items: Black practice wear Shorts, Pro Spirit Aqua Rhinestone Bra and SUMMIT TEE & TANK

• Casual outfits for free time, comfortable shoes/sandals

• Bathing suit

• Sunblock

• 1 pair of jeans and sweatshirt (just in case)

• Poncho or rain gear 

• Toiletries - to include competition make-up, any medications/extra contacts if needed

Money:

• Meals-most meals on Disney property will be $20-$25.

• Souvenir’s- Event T-shirt and Disney goodies, ect.

• Snack and food at the parks are very expensive

We are so proud of Titanium, Lady Xenon and Platinum!  We want to remind everyone that we are attending The Summit to compete.  We strongly encourage that everyone cheer on each team every time they hit the floor.
