Please remember to submit an absent request form for absences that you are aware of. If your athlete MUST miss a practice please note they are responsible for any missed material or skills that were worked that day. Please communicate directly with your coach on material missed.
Any absences during the week leading up to a competition may result in having someone else perform for your athlete.
Payment deadline is August 28th. Fee is $35.00

LEVEL CLASSES - AGES 8 & UP
Learning & working rolls, handstands, walkovers, cartwheels, round off and introduction to jumps.
Handstand Rolls, Power Hurdle Round Off, Back Handspring, Front Handspring.
Standing Back Handspring, Round Off Back Handspring, Front Walkover into round off.
Round Off Back Handspring, series of Back Handsprings, Tucks, Standing Tucks, Punch Front Tucks.
Standing & Running Round Off Back Handspring Tucks, Layouts, Punch Front Tucks & Handspring Fronts.
Standing & Running Round Off Handspring Layouts, Fulls, and Doubles, and other specialty passes.
A class designed for the dancer in mind. Work the progressions of skills needed in a safe environment. Walkovers, aerials, handsprings and more.
Body positions, stretching, core strength and balance to better your flying skills.
Work strength, conditioning and flexibility for better jumps. Coaches will use a variety of stretches, drills and jump combinations to better your jumps.
Boys class for tumbling, trampoline, strength and balance.
PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM - Ages 3 1/2 and up
Warm up, stretching, intro to tumble circuits and more.
