HIGH VOLTAGE!

Pro Spirit, Inc is very excited to introduce our newest program to begin January 2010, “High Voltage”. This program is designed for the preschool aged child; walking to 5 years old. Our mission is to develop healthy, happy kids. Through fun games, exercises and activities students will begin developing such fundamentals as strength, balance, flexibility and hand/eye coordination as well as leadership skills like sharing, following directions and teamwork, just to name a few! Pro Spirit is thrilled to be offering a “pre-athlete” class.

Our desire is to give our students a strong foundation for a healthy future in whatever they choose to pursue.
