Pro Spirit, Inc. is dedicated to providing your child with the best cheerleading training available. Be trained by the very best. All class coaches have a minimum 4 years of coaching experience. We have classes to cover all age and ability levels. Whether you are just starting out or a high level veteran, we can train you to acheive your goals. We want all our students to feel comfortable, appreciated and cared for. We encourage students to reach their potential as cheerleaders and individuals.

Class Descriptions

Tiny - For those little ones new to cheerleading. Ages 3.5 – 5 years old. Emphasis will be learning the correct technique in beginning tumbling, jump and motion technique.

Mini Class - A special class for 5 to 7 year old students. The emphasis will be learning the correct technique of beginning tumbling. The student will also learn correct jump technique along with correct technique of strength, conditioning and flexibility exercises.

Flip flop Class - Back handsprings only.. We will also work on prerequisite skills that will enhance this skills.

Level 2 - Flip flops, jumps, and conditioning. We build onto basic skills to progress the student into a stronger cheerleader. Flip flops are greatly emphasized. Round off Flip flop series are learned, enhanced and perfected

Level 3 - Progressions to perfecting back tucks are learned. Also standing flip flop backs are perfected.

Level 4 - This class is where standing backs are perfected, layouts, fulls and doubles are taught.

Standing Back Class – This class is for standing tumbling only. Drills, repetitions, and jump flip combinations will be taught by the instructor.

Flyers and Flexibility - Learn the correct technique of basic to high level stunting skills and dismounts. Positions, tosses, and grips will be taught. Emphasis will be on flexibility for flyers. Enrollment for this class will be limited.

Open Gym - There will not be a structured curriculum during this hour. An instructor will be available to monitor and spot if needed. Open gym will be $10.00 at the door.

Twisting Class - Students that have a strong layout and are ready to twist may enroll with Head Team coach permission. Instruction and reps on standing fulls, doubles and specialty twisting passes.

Prices

Tuition, Fees and Registration
Registration - the annual (calendar year) registration fee is $35.00. Pro Spirit must have a completed and signed information and release form for each student before they may begin classes.

Tuition is due the first class of the month. If tuition is not received by the 7th, a late fee of $10.00 will be assessed. Tuition is due regardless of the number of classes attended.

For families with multiple children in the program, there will be a $10.00 reduction in class fees for the second child and $15.00 reduction for the third child. Monthly tuition is not pro-rated for holidays.

Private class fees are paid directly to the instructor. Private and semi-private lessons must be paid for on or before the time of the lesson. Private and semi-private lessons must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation does not occur, you must pay for that time slot whether the lesson is attended or not. If the lesson was paid for in advance and the cancellation was on time, a credit will be given for that class.

Monthly tuition is not pro-rated for holidays.

1 class per week - $70 monthly
2 classes per week - $100 monthly
